Can you rewire a house without gutting it?
Usually, yes. We fish new wires through walls and ceilings from the attic and basement, and only open walls where we have to. We'll tell you where patching will be needed before we start.
Do I need a full rewire or just a few new circuits?
Many homes only need part of the wiring replaced or a few circuits added. We'll look at what you have and give you honest options instead of selling you the biggest job.
How long does a rewire take?
A new circuit can be a short visit, while a whole-house rewire takes longer depending on the size and access. We'll give you a realistic schedule after we've seen it.
